Equelli also provides service of supplying staff for on-site work on deployment and maintenance of the products and systems Equelli has developed for you.

 
 

Equelli tends to be as transparent as possible for our clients. We want you to be informed about all aspects of our work.

For this purpose we would like to acquaint you with our standard contract and NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement):

  • Standard NDA that we sign with a client before we start providing our services to guarantee safety of client's information that is provided to us to quote a project and create a business proposal. If you want, you can request modifications to this standard NDA or provide your own one and we will sign modified NDA or your version with you.
  • Standard Contract that we sign with a client when we start a project. Contract contains general terms. Specific terms are located in addendums. Terms of the contract as well as addendums are subject for review depending on your individual requests.
  • Retainer-type Addendum that describes terms of relation for the retainer-type service provided by Equelli. This is a type of service (also known as Offshore Development Center) when a client gets a dedicated team for work on projects for that client. Addendum is signed once a year when terms and rates are revised. It contains negotiated parameters such as number of hours per week which are guaranteed to be provided by Equelli's team per any client's request (for every new project).
  • Fixed-price Addendum that describes terms of relation for the fixed price project service provided by Equelli. This is useful for a new client to familiarize with Equelli and then continue with a retainer service as soon as client is confident in skills and quality provided by Equelli. However many clients choose retainer service even for their first project.
