Equelli was founded on August 27th, 2008 by Igor V. Polyakov. It is an offshore software development provider based in Omsk, Russia. It was a decision to create a company based in Omsk with all its advantages for offshore software development, and to apply Igor's expertise in adoption of software development process in that company. Before creation of the company the research has been performed in the field of similar companies and results showed that there is a large demand in a company providing quality services and guarantees to the clients, having a large resource pool to support scalability of clients' needs.

Although Equelli is young, it employs highly skilled staff, talents with large experience in software development, it is managed by Igor, who has about 7 years of experience in software development services and more than 3 years in management of offshore software development teams.

Equelli has the following differentiators:

  • Warranty of quality. If there is a bug in a product, we fix the bug for free as soon as possible. There is no software over the world without bugs except "Hello, world!" applications, even Google and Amazon go down sometimes, but we tend to leave the least number of bugs in your product and if the bug is found after the project is finished, we of course fix it for free.

  • Customer service. We do all that is possible to make our customer satisfied. We ask our customers to tell us about things they want to change or update in the process of work with them, and we are open to any other requests. Of course the most important thing for us is feedback of our customer, which allows us to improve.

  • Processes. We are passing ISO 9001 certification in about 1.5 years, we already have great process of software development, and we constantly improve it.
